The Annual Survey by the National association of Realtors found that of those people that purchased a home 92% of them used the internet to search for a home.

Home buyers use the internet first to search for homes, but they need a Realtor® to show them.

No doubt about it, buyers jump on the internet to look for homes, but as Pamela states they will need a Realtor® to help them navigate the home buying or selling process.
