Just a heads up please go checkout this site, I received a call from a man wanting to purchase one of my listings as a rent to own. I explained it wasn't rent to own and was only purchase. He said he found the listing on YourRent2Own.com Hmmmm
I went to the site and sure enough ALL my listings are on their site AND so are all of the other listings on our MLS. I called, they said they have the right to display these, they pay a syndicator for these listings. I then told them I wanted ALL of my listings removed from the misleading website and that I would be forwarding the info on to the other brokers and to the Iowa Realtor Association Attorney.
I went a little further on this site, they CHARGE people to view the details of these listings. You must subscribe to their service!
