October condominium sales in the towns of Cohasset, Duxbury, Hingham, Kingston, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, Plymouth and Scituate
In the South Shore, Massachusetts, condo market, condos are selling in all price ranges, with supply and demand fairly well-matched. The three highest-priced sales were at full price, and nearly all the sales were within 5% of the last offering price. Overpricing should be a seller's greatest concern in this market.
