October condominium sales in the towns of Cohasset, Duxbury, Hingham, Kingston, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, Plymouth and Scituate

In the South Shore, Massachusetts, condo market, condos are selling in all price ranges, with supply and demand fairly well-matched. The three highest-priced sales were at full price, and nearly all the sales were within 5% of the last offering price. Overpricing should be a seller's greatest concern in this market.

  • Inventory is down slightly since August

Mortgage interest rates are trading around 4 1/4%

Hi Brad -- it looks like condo buyers along the South Shore still have some good choices even with a bit less inventory on the market for sale.   Your sales recap will be quite helpful for both potential buyers and those homeowners who may be thinking of selling.
