LGI in my opinion is VERY Anti-Realtor!!  I guess they don't like there buyer to have advise from a professional.

My wife and I were looking for a home and we came across LGI.  We made an appointment to meet with a consultant and we very much liked the Sunrise Meadows atmosphere.  I found a few things that was strange, first; the people there were detached from the people wanting to buy a house; two; there were no models homes that we could look at and when I mentioned if I could see one of their houses they said that those houses were already ready for people to move in and that looking at one was not mandatory, and three; we asked if we could pick out the carpet, tile and brick and they said no.  The houses will be built but we could not choose anything for ourselves.  I do not even know what flood zone they're in.
