Wine Country Network's signature event and Denver & Boulder's Premier Foodie event showcases 10 Chefs/ 20 dishes/ More than 30 Gold Medal Award-Winning Wines from the 2013 Denver International Wine Competition. Denver property management has begun to slow down, giving us time to attend full weekend events like this one. Guest Chef John Moeller will be the feature of the event. Chef Moeller served three First Families in the White House from 1992 until 2005. He is noted for his trademark use of fresh, healthy ingredients in dishes inspired by his classical French training with an American twist.
The challenge of the event is to have to the participating chefs create two spectacular wine pairings with just one week’s notice. They are assigned two Gold Medal wines (one white and one red) one week before the competition to taste and develop their custom paired dishes. There will be a few celebrity judges and these chefs will bring out their all.
