I am at one of my favorite homes in Mesquite, NV, again, conducting an open house today and tomorrow. Just look at this incredible view from the back patio. Those are the Virgin Mountains, in Arizona, that you can see.

Joan a great view can be so instrumental in getting a home sold.  These  sellers are fortunate to have a great view.

I totally agree, Jennifer. Unfortunately, the owners are no longer in this Freddie Mac property. It is a great deal for some buyer. Inside it beautiful, as well. In addition to the great view there are beautiful eucalyptus and olive trees in the backyard.
