Sometimes life gets busy....travel, golf, work, snow. Steamboat is ready for skiing...almost.
Real estate in Steamboat Springs last week continued the trend of strong closed transaction numbers with just over $11 million in whole ownership sales and 28 units. Of those, the condo/townhome category scored the highest with 14 units, single family, 11, land/lots, 1 and 2 commercial/industrial.
Interest rates seemed to have fallen off the summer highs to around 4.25% for a conventional 30 year fixed rate. Thanks, as always, to the Steamboat Pilot and Today for the transaction information.
