Average Sales Price Per Square Foot Increases in Denver Market

In the Denver market, the average sales price per square foot is $184.69, an increase of $40 over the same time two years ago. This is also an increase of $25 per square foot since January, 2013. As I mentioned in an earlier blog, we are still in a seller's market due to inventory.
