Clean ( and Healthy)  Carpets by Mountain View, Vancouver, WA

clean and healthy carpetsOur carpets are ready for the holidays. We just had them cleaned by Mountain View Carpet Care. Mountain View is a Green company and all of their cleaners and solutions are non-toxic and safe for children and pets.

Plus, they’ve got state-of-the-art cleaning equipment, which is very important for optimal results. Richard, with Mountain View Carpet Care, explained how their state-of-the-art truck mounted system deep cleans and sanitizes at the same time.

Health Benefits of Professional Carpet Cleaning with Mountain View.

Carpet cleaning improves the appearance of your home and can extend the life of the carpets, but perhaps the most valuable benefit of a good cleaning is to your health.
Breathing problems, sinus, and allergies are all exacerbated when dirt and toxins are trapped in carpets.

The American Lung Association recommends vacuuming your carpets at least three times a week, and getting them professionally deep-cleaned at least once a year.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency, a dirty carpet can be filled with various sources of indoor air pollutants, including pet dander, lead, particle pollution, and everyday dirt and dust.  Delightful to hear, isn’t it?

Not all carpet cleaners are the same - choose Mountain View.

It’s important to do some research before hiring a carpet cleaning service. Be wary of those bait and switch tactics - you get what you pay for. Those three rooms for $xx specials aren’t always as good as they seem.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. What kind of cleaning solutions do they use? Do their technicians get any formal training? Do they use Seal of Approval products and equipment?

In addition, the importance of non-toxic and hypoallergenic cleaners is a big requirement for me. If you’re hoping to have clean, and healthy, carpets in time for the holiday season, call Mountain View Carpet Care in Vancouver.

ViewHomes™ grew out of our passion for nature, beautiful surroundings, and peaceful environments. Starting together in an urban environment, over the years we've gravitated towards areas with smaller populations and less density. We now enjoy our lifestyle in a rural environment, but with close proximity to metropolitan areas where we appreciate all the amenities of fine restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive to an international airport.
Living in ViewHomes™ is like having “elbowroom for the soul”.

Honesty, Integrity, Results, Experienced. HIRE Me!

We had our 18 month old carpet a couple months ago in the bedrooms.  The rest of our home is tile flooring.  Debbie has now convinced me no more carpet for us.  Next time we will be going wood or tile the entire house.  Which is a very common thing in our area.

Hi Qman, the entire downstairs of our home is either hardwoods or slate, so this is also for the upstairs only. Debbie and I are on the same page - I don't want carpets either. They are big pollutant and dirt traps.

Hi Will - that is so true. D

Debb,

On my to do list, and next home is going either all hardwood or travertine.  Like you I don't like carpet, and I do make sure they use unscented, hypoallergenic cleaners, and green...Have a great weekend, A

Nice recommendation. Better advice. I've got one carpet that's all dog, and it's going to have a date with some steam very shortly.

That's great your company uses pet-friendly cleaners. Having a clean carpet really makes a difference. I think it helps elevate the whole energy of a room!

What a great endorsement for Mountain View Carpet Cleaners.  They're lucky to have you as a client. It's always great to endorse those companies truly deserving of AR Google Juice!  And thanks for the tips from EPA.  Didn't know I needed to vacuum that often, but it makes sense.  Mine has always been done weekly, but I'll switch that up from now on.  Thanks!

Alexandra - to do - check. ;)  My husband was reluctant to forego carpets all together - now he knows. Next home.

Brad. Mac sheds a lot - it's important to keep that hair from getting deep into the carpet fibers.

Hi Andrew - you are so right. It changes the feeling.

Jan, me too. I couldn't believe it when I read their recommendation. In fact, I need to vacuum. :)
