The numbers are in! Home sales in Williamson County are still strong. Sales for the month of October rose 11.6% compared to October 2012. The median sales price for a single family home rose to $380,000. Up 3% from $369,000 in 2012 and the average sales price was up 6.8% compared to 2012. Media reports quick sales and a lack of necessary inventory across the country.
