Linda Craft shares the some great tips for home owners in the Raleigh area for fall maintenance. These are low cost maintenance items that will protect your real estate investment for years to come. As a closing a mananger, I routinely see these items come up on inspection reports and you can save a lot of headache and money by making a small investment in mainteance now, as opposed to a bigger investment later.

vent boots on the roof
caulking the siding
cleaning the gutters
seal concrete cracks
powerwash the home to get rid of mildew
paint
fertilize the lawn (add top soil)
service the HVAC
