Ok everyone.

It's March 15th.  Spring is just starting...

You have called your previous clients already . . .  haven't you??

Good agents always stay in touch with their previous clients. . . You know that.

In case you need some ideas on how we do this. . . Here are some Do's and Don'ts so you can be successful.

1. You can call from the office.

Phone call 1

2. You can call from home .

 Phone call 2

3. Put on your serious voice... Your career depends on it.

serious

4. Hire some Licensed Assistants if you need to.

 assistants

5. Still using that first cell phone from the 80's?  That's ok, if it still works.... use it.

first cell phone

6. Older phones will not work well however.

 string phone

7. If you live in NJ or states with similar laws, don't do this in your car... You could get a ticket.

Ps. If you do. Ask the officer if he would like to buy or sell a home or if he knows someone who does.

If he is not amused and arrests you, ask the same question to the desk officer when you post bail.

Remember.... Every No gets you one step closer to a YES !

Car Phone

8. PLEASE remember to call your clients at the appropriate time.  This is very important....

Doctor

9. Don't forget to call all of your clients.

They're most likely not busy anyway and a call would be nice...

10. Use your Bluetooth Headset!  . . . (But stay current with the latest in technology.)

Savvy clients will know if you try to fool them.

handsfree

Practice the steps above and your phone will ring off the hook.

Have a great Spring!

Too funny. I have become such an internet Realtor that I often forget about calling old clients. They all get Birthday E-cards, Anniversary E-Cards etc.  Tomorrow will be phone day!
