America Recycles Day – November 15th – Aurora CO Recycling
Did you know that the average person generates 4 pounds of trash per day, and 75% of that waste is recyclable, yet, we only recycle about 30% of it! Did you also know that if every American recycled just 1/10th of their newspapers, we could save 25 million trees per year? WOW!

So, join in and give back to the planet by Recycling.
If you are having a hard time finding somewhere to recycle your mercury-containing devices and alkaline batteries, then head over to the Aurora Municipal Center!
This year, on November 15th from 8:00am-12:00pm, the Aurora Municipal Center will be hosting a recycle event where Aurora residents can drop off these items for free!
