Market Report for Highlander Heights, Fort Collins, CO
Highlander Heights is another of the mid 1960's-to early 1970's neighborhoods that I just really like Once again a lot of brick ranches with basements, bi-levels and tri-levels. Plus most have garages (1 or 2 car) and the lots are a good size. The neighborhood is adjacent to grocery stores, elementary, middle schools, City parks, bike trails and just South of one of our local Hospitals. Plus there is easy access to Interstate 25. Really the neighborhood is very centrally located within the City.

In October there were not any closings in the neighborhood and only one home available (home listed at $237,900 in our graph). In Highlander Heights there have been only 7 Sales this year (due to lack of availability) with an Average Sales Price of $251,885 with a High of $285,000. Both of the homes showing “Active” are currently under contract. The lower priced home went “Under Contract” in 5 days and the other home took a little time (comparatively) at 49 days.
