We may have clients that ‘come back’ to us to sell their home after originally purchasing their home through us. OR…We may have clients we never see or hear from again. Needless to say, there will be those that we make a lasting impression on, who not only purchase a home but refer other people to us.
A healthy business cycle.
One such family is on their 4th transaction with me. They bought their townhouse back in 2009, knowing that they would someday sell it so that they could then buy their ‘dream home’. It took a bit of creativity to get to this point, such as selling another condo they owned to have cash so they could save it until such time they could also sell their townhouse.
Having a plan in place to realize a dream.
So, the condo sold a couple years back and then their townhouse just sold. We put in an offer last night and crossing our fingers that their dream of owning a Hawaii HOME will be realized.
I feel good about this as they are good people.
They have stuck it out with me through all their transactions and knew that I would represent them well to sell OR buy a property. Wearing two hats-- but of different transactions has kept me ‘in the loop’ for buyers or sellers. It’s also a great system to keep clients coming back….to me.
