Received my Certified Military Residential Specialist Designation today in Charlotte, NC.

Today I attended a great event where I received 4 hours of continuing education as well as the CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist) designation here in Charlotte, NC.

The presentations were heartfelt as they shared incredible stories of men and women who sacrifice their lives daily to allow us the freedom we live each and everyday.

The host of the course was Fairway Independent Mortgage of the Carolinas and they have given four mortgage-free homes to four different U.S. Veterans this week. Today the Bendel family received the key to their new home.

It was a great day and I am so proud of the men and women who serve and have served in our military.

Congratulations I suppose but having had 14 designations in the past and now down to 4 I have saved so much in just yearly dues. I have found the only one that pays is CRS and that is only in educational value. But I know I am different.

Hi Charles ... 14 designations are a lot especially if you have dues for each. I enjoy the education and the designation is nice if they povide one. I do agree about the CRS designation and I gladly pay for that one each year.
