I'LL BE VISITING A NEW HOME BUILDER'S OPEN HOUSE TODAY ABOUT 1:00 p.m. Of course, I'll be posting about it later, stay tuned.

It's rare to have a BUILDER'S OPEN on a Saturday. Knutson is holding a house in inventory open today and they called me Thursday to envite me to drop by this weekend.

I'm glad to see a builder's open on some day(s) other than Tuesday. Of course, Tuesday is the traditional "OPEN" day in this area of MD and Va and I attend as many as I can.

Below is a home that the builder has under construction. This one will be a beauty. This area of Purcellville is zoned 3+ acres, which allows for very nice property location and, in this area of Loudoun County, some mountain views.

Good morning, Lenn... open house events are the best way to promote new construction....having an open on both weekend days, especially on a holiday weekend is what we do....most potential buyers have weekends off and that's ideal for them....I can understand having an open on a weekday for agents....
