The averages sales price for all detached single family homes in San Ramon for October 2013 was $853,358 and a median sales price of $803,718 with an average of 20 days on market.

Zip Code 94582 - 21 closed sales ranging in price from $663,000 to $1,455,000; average sales price of $953,180 with average days on market of 19.
Zip Code 94583 - 25 closed sales ranging in price from $457,500 to $1,609,483; average sales price of $769,506 with average days on market of 20.
