I buyers I have been working with by email and phone for several months. Yesterday I showed them 3. Today we will look at 2 more. These are ones they picked out and so far they don't like any of them. They won;t like the last 2 either.

They are aproved for 100k more than the price we are looking at, but this was my marching orders. I had mentioned the 2nd and 3rd ones would NOT fir thier crtteria, Got to see them anyway. The first oe was everything they SAID they wanted.

After today its regroup or I wish you the best with your NEXT agent. Your Thoughts?

Rob, these buyers of yours apparently don't understand that real estate is priced right and they will get what they bargain for if they continue to fool themselves that they can find a bargain. Unfortunately, we all often need to let the next agent waste his/her operating resources wasting their time and money showing these jokers what you already have.

Hi Rob, sounds like they just need to bump up their sales price...which is still in their price range to open up homes they might like. If you show them some of those homes and they still don't like...then perhaps they are just not ready for some reason.
