Great open house

Yesterday I opened up my new listing.  I was a bit nervous because my colleagues haven't shown this wonderful townhouse.  At the open house I had at least 12 couples comes through.  A few seemed generally interested in the home (and they needed a Realtor).  Others were neighbors.  Some of the buyers got to talking to some of the neighbors.  It sort of felt like a party (without food).  I found out I knew not 3 residents but 4 in the complex.  The residents might end up helping me sell this house by talking up the neighborhood.  

I also noted that the lack of stove seemed to be a big deal to most of the lookers.   I also had a strange man who came with his mom and he giggled through the whole time.  I often had 3 or more couples in the home.  I am hoping the young couple who placed their furniture buy the home.  They have just started and I will set them up on a search.   They liked everything about the place and they had a stove!

I have more leads.   The home got good exposure.  And I have sugesstions for my clients.  So this was a great open house!
