Now is a great time to buy!

There has been much talk of how bad the market is but, in reality now is a great time to buy.  The local lenders have great rates and more programs than ever.  There are many properties that are priced below market value.  Every for sale sign has a different story (reason ) for selling.  Marriage, babies, upsizing, downsizing, retirement, and foreclosures are some of the stories.  Sellers need to price their property at fair market value.  Buyers are very smart.  They research the market for what is currently available and what has recently sold.  I hear that buyers are not looking but, I do not agree.  The number of hits from all of the different websites  that buyers are looking.  Buyers only look at an average of 9 homes before purchasing.  I closed 4 homes last year that the buyers only looked at the home they purchased.  The numbers are on the rise and I am getting more inquires to purchase.  I do not know what the future will bring but, now is a great time to buy!
