For those of us that represent Buyers and Sellers (a.k.a. real estate agents) we all are in this line of work for a variety of reasons. Be it a first or second career, more free time (Ha Ha!) or whatever....it's an amazing profession!
One of my favorites is to work with First Time Home Buyers! I love being able to help they understand every step of the home buying process, show them the various living options available to them in Midtown Atlanta, and ultimately, sit down at the clsoing table and hand them their keys to their new home! It's an amazing feeling...at least for me!
Oliver found me online through my marketing and blogging efforts at MyMidtownMojo.com. As a graduate from Georgia Tech, he was familiar with Midtown Atlanta, but had moved away from the city for his first job. He returned to Atlanta and had decided to live close to where he worked in Duluth, a suburb of Atlanta in Gwinnett County. But the time had come that he missed that urban lifestyle and wanted to be back in the city!
We toured several of the Midtown Atlanta condominium buildings that were in his price range and had the types of homes he was looking for. After our initial viewings, he decided that Plaza Midtown Atlanta was where he wanted to be. And a view over the pool was also where he wanted to be.
Oliver is a happy new homeowner, and I'm delighted I had the opportunity to be a part of this major event in his life. (Well, we closed on a Friday and his 30th birthday was on Saturday so it really WAS a big weekend!)
