Spread The Word...Media Needs To Help Us!

Well once again, it is time that we as Realtors, one of the largest organizations in America, push NAR and the media to stop putting the Real Estate Market in a turmoil!  This can be an incredible market with interest rates as low as they are, home values decreasing to more realistic numbers, and FHA increasing it's loan amount in many areas.  The sellers that refuse to come down and the sellers that can't come down due to financial issues are not the majority as our media continues to push.  There are many homeowners out there that do have equity and haven't refinanced.  These are the groups we need to actively work with.  Let the new agents continue to overprice, underinform and expire!  Soon they will expire and go back to their full time retail jobs and leave this business to the experienced professionals!  I don't think that day is too far away.  I see very promising activity in New Jersey and offers.  Part time agents that can't get the buyers to commit, or spend time with their clients need to focus elsewhere.
