How nice it has been today to drive around and see so many American Flags waving in the air. One park I went past, was so crowded with people, there was no place anywhere near to even park and just shoot a photograph.
I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all the Veterans who have fought for America, AND to those who are still in Active Duty. You have fought to keep peace in other countries, and have fought to keep the peace at home, as well. You continually fight to keep the wars away from our soil. If only it could be stopped on all soils, altogether.
I hope that when you see a service man or woman in uniform, you will not hesitate to go up to them, shake their hand and thank them for their service to this country. It is the very least we all can do to let them know how much they are appreciated by all Americans.
