MRIS just announced that several new Richmond, Virginia areas’ public records are available for display in Matrix. Assessments and sales history information can be found for Colonial Heights City and the counties of Goochland, Powhatan, and Prince George. Also, assessments information can be found for Hopewell City and Charles City County. Nearly 60,000 new public records and close to 50,000 new sales records can now be searched in Matrix.

MRIS® stands for Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. MRIS is the premiere online real estate information service for over 60,000 real estate professionals in Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and parts of West Virginia and Pennsylvania. In 2005, MRIS facilitated the sale of more than 191,000 properties, translating to more than $200-million in daily sales volume.

Kudos to my Northern Virginia Realtors on getting these updates to your MLS database!
