The market, as always, is very very interesting out here in Arizona. We have limited inventory. Roughly 6 months ago, we have a skyrocketed amount of buyers looking to buy a home in Scottsdale. This (because of supply and demand) sparked several offers within hours of going active on. Now buyers have seemed to slow down. Almost to a healthy level.
This is causing active homes to have to wait 4 weeks, 6 weeks, or even 8 weeks to receive an offer. At the end of the day, most don't see this as a bad thing.
