PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR SALE SOME TIPS

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams- Louisville

With spring coming up I thought this would be a good time to give you some tips on Preparing your home for sale. I will start a small series of helpfull ideas and tips to help you to get ready incase you want to sell your home. I would like to start with the outside first.

1.Your Yard---Please pick up all trash and debris, including branches and leaves. If the grass needs mowing or bushes need trimed please do so. You need to plant grass seed if you have bare spots, flowers should be planted and flower beds kept weed free.

2.Your driveway---Look at your driveway and think what would a visitor think of it.Does it need to be clean, does it need to be repaired? Are there any stains that need to be removed? Oil spots?

3.Walkways---Sweep and repair walkways as needed.Toys laying around please remove them.

So far I have only touched on the front yard, these ideas will help you to make your home look better for anyone driving or walking by to see your home.Hopefully this will help our area LOUISVILLE SOUTH END look a whole lot better. If I may answer any questions or be of service call me at THE REALTY MARKETPLACE  at 502 955-1515 ext 509. Or you may call me directly at 408-3334. Great tips to remember, especially about the driveway. I think that's one that people tend to forget about a lot. Looking forward to seeing more tips from this series!
