Golf course market report for Denver Colorado for March 17, 2014 - St. Patrick's day gets
me Thinking of Green and that always gets me excited for golf season in Colorado, I can't wait to hit the greens this year. Hopefully I will be hitting more than I miss.
The golf course inventory as of today is very similar to the rest of the Denver metro marketplace, relatively few listings available and those that are available are going fast.
Denver is in the middle of one of the craziest markets we have seen in years, with the lowest inventory in almost 30 years and the population 3-4 times what it was at that point. Makes for some quick sales and lots of activity for buyers, sellers and busy agents.

The Denver golf course homes range in price from $125k for a 2 bedroom condo on 55+ golf course community to a $10M, 11,000 square foot luxury home on one of the most exclusive courses in Denver.
There are 59 golf course homes priced over $1M and 94 homes priced in that sweet spot of $500K-$1.5M, which is where the majority of golf course homes sell in the area. Golf homes are no different than any other home on the market, the good ones go fast and oftentimes get multiple offers. I would highly recommend you hire a Realtor to work for you, someone that has the experience, knows the marketplace and tracks these particular homes on a regular basis.
