I believe the metro Atlanta location is a big plus for this community. It is not your big "cruise ship" type 55+ community, but it has the location that those type communities don't have. It is in Cherokee County with the low taxes but just north of Alpharetta and Milton. Woodstock and Canton are not too far either.

Built by long time 55+ community builder The Orchards Group, this community has two "villages", one with ranch condos and the other with single family homes. Ranch condos are especially popular. All of the homes are zero to low maintenance 55+ homes saving you time and money on upkeep and repairs. There is a grand clubhouse for activities like the fitness center, a games and cards room, the gourmet kitchen and a surround sound TV entertainment center. Outside there is a large community swimming pool, a sitting plaza with waterfall and a barbecue grill.
