Beauty has gone to the dogs, but it was for his own good!
Animals need proper grooming for more than just their looks. Teeth need to be brushed and nails need to be clipped every now and again. Today was Rambo's day!
Rambo is the American Standard Chihuahua who came into my family's lives several years ago and patrols tirelessly ensuring our safety. He's not a yapper because of intensive training by two older dogs we had when he joined our family. This is indeed good for his well being.
Today he had the opportunity to shed that rough exterior and get some well deserved pampering - NOT!

Quite certain he'd never speak to me again without a snarl, I still made him go through it. He got the works too!
At the end of the day, we're still pals and he's got a great smile thanks to the recent tooth brushing.
Is that a smile or a snarl? Either way, he's a great addition to our family and I'm grateful we came together.
