The Monona Terrace Convention Center rests between the state Capitol of Madison, Wisconsin, and serene Lake Monona.
The Convention Center is renowned for hosting excellent events for visitors from all walks of life. The design for Monona Terrace was inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright. The corridors on the main level are adorned with photographs of the History Making Architect and his Work. The influence of Wright is woven throughout the Center, from the unusual arched windows down to the craftsman design of the carpets throughout.
The Monona Terrace Convention Center is open daily to the public. Tours are hosted daily at 1:00 p.m. each day.
A tasteful gift shop offers a unique variety of souveniers, memorabilia, and books.
