We all can be good when we feel like it, but as a professional, good should just be our minimum. We need to become Great at what we do. Whatever your profession is, do it to the best of your ability and never think you've arrived. Always strive for the BEST!

As a Realtor/Broker - I'm always learning new ways to communicate.
Here are a few tips on being the Best:
Know the types of people you're dealing with.
Know their likes and dislikes.
Know their communication style.
Know your business (The market, what's in your area and what's not)
If you're ever unsure about something just ASK! Don't pretend to know it all, it's ok to say, "I don't have the answer right now, but I will get back with you".
There's so much new technology and so many different classes you can take that can better yourself and your know how.
Invest your time and money to make yourself better.
From taking communication classes, to a few of the "How To" Seminars. Remember, there's always room for improvement. You just have to find the time to better your talent so it can bring you more treasure (money).
