Anita, That's a lot of character in that home for that price point!  Here in our Cincinnati area market you can't get new construction for that price, and what you do find for that price is either going to be VERY plain or along the lines of a postwar brick ranch.  A great option for your area buyers to get that much value in a new construction home!
