I may be showing houses today.... Then again I may not....

Today I have two separate clients to show homes too.  Problem is one persons husband is still away and the other has changed plans twice already.  When I say I like real estate because everyday is different this is not what I meant. 

To get ready to show the homes I need to research the surrounding market.  Then I need to be ready and hope the appointment hold.  

Yesterday I had a two fold appointment in Nampa.  One to show a home the other to meet with my friend and have dinner and go to a meeting.  Unless of course the buyer instructed me to write a contract.  The other agent is an agent so it would be OK.   The house showing cancelled and I felt foolish driving to Nampa.  Turns out I had a great time and saw Last Vegas.  It was pretty good.   Now I need to try to put something together.

Hi Debbie, often clients don't understand what goes into setting showings up. Of course life happens, but when it's a cronic think with a client, it can be very hard to plan your day.

Hi Debbie, it is frustrating working with buyers that are not completely committed to the home buying process. Sometimes an issue does come up that a showing needs to be canceled, but I have found that buyers that are not really serious about buying are the ones that cancel.

Gets the job done!

It is true but it does seem to be the business I am in.  First I need to meet them so that I can show them the homes.  It looks like I will meet with my first buyer today.   I do not know about the second buyer yet.
