I read Pamela's blog this morning and it brought up so many good points on so many things that go on in our world. I had just viewed a video that brought tears to my throat because I recognized the hurt, humilitation and damage that is done by bullies. I hope you read her post and watch this video.

Mary, Reading this reminds me of how some businesses treat their customers as well. It feels downright abusive to me.
Kathleen you are right. I have even walked out of an establishment because of the lack of service or rude people. We do not need to put up with it. I think that when people are hired and not trained properly or given guidelines such as "the customer comes first", then sight is lost on what is important. The same goes for real estate. People are important and treating them with the respect one expects for themselves, well you understand.
