Braemar Property Values:  September-October 2013 (Ryan Homes)

Ryan Home in Braemar, Bristow, VAFollowing the value of single family homes built by Ryan Homes in Braemar is something that I have just started doing.  The residents of the community spoke up our various Facebook pages and said they wanted a Ryan Homes report.  Ta-dah!  Here it is.  This particular installment looks at Ryan Homes sold during September and October. 

There were two Ryan Homes that sold in Braemar during the past two months.  The high sold price was $495,000.  The low sold price was $425,000.  The average of the two gives us our average market value of $460,000 for Ryan Homes.  That's over a 13% increase in average market value since last report.  And while I didn't publish a report for this same reporting period last year, I did run the stats so I could give you a year to year comparison.  This new average market value of $460,000 is nearly a 1.5% increase since last year.
