I am ever so longing to be able to attend on the NAR conferences, a CRS Sellabration or even just attend an 
ActiveRain Meetup in a big city with many of our members attending.
Okay, so that doesn’t always work out in my favor. L tell you what, it’s just as exciting when an ActiveRain member comes to vacation here and I get to meet them!
One such event I felt may not happen was my planning with Dawn Maloney for a meetup. We had storms and not such good weather but I got a phone call from Dawn saying, “We’re in Mililani”. Oh, wow, she was coming to the office to meet me!
Sure enough, a few minutes later I see a taller gentleman holding the hand of his companion…who looked like Dawn. Awww, it was just as her picture and in they walked with him holding the door for her! Enter…Jay and Dawn Maloney……
We sat down and they met my Principal Broker, Douglas Fortner and my Broker in Charge, Leona Soto. We talked and boy did she have a bunch of questions from real estate to living in Hawaii. Well, that is another story for Dawn and Jay to tell one day ;)
In the meantime, I am so “lucky to live Hawaii!” I have many members coming to visit….so I didn’t have to fly anywhere but maybe one day I can make a trip to see more of my ActiveRain friends. A HUI HOU! Until we meet again!
