What a nice subdivision and such nice views. Well I am taking the full day off today. I worked through my birthday with smelly REO's but today i am calling it a day. i have zero BPO's, no occupancy checks and no homes to go rekey. How did you make out with your long distance BPO? I take them but only if there is more than one and they up their fees. I have finally put my foot down and will let them sit in que if they wont pay what they should, so many companies of cut what they will pay, I have found if i hold out they eventually do in order to get the good agents.
