In fact we have a brand new website that we can manage on our own and make it look like our own if we want. We always have our very own Database management website to help with client follow up. We have some many tools at our disposal I don't know half of them.
With that all being said, over the years I read blogs about SEO, and lead capture and so on. After years of watching other agents do this I finally went out and had my very own word press website built.
I am just getting content on it and will continue to add content to it including: Home searches for specific areas, community related articles, and real estate market updates.
However, I am happy to say I do have enough information started on it and with the goal of adding one article a day to the website by the end of the year it will soon be looking full of information for home buyers and sellers in the Twin Cities Area.
