A must-see kitchen transformation. You won't believe it!

Having staged homes throughout Atlanta for the past 8 years, there are times when I look back at the before pictures and think, oh my. This is one of those occasions. I was asked by Atlanta real estate agent, Kirsten Conover, to help make recommendations to best showcase this Roswell, GA home. 

Here's what the kitchen looked like before the renovations and before home staging:

Here's what I had recommended:

  • Change the paint color on the walls
  • Change the paint color on the cabinets
  • Add new appliances (as these were extremely old)

As you can see in the after picture, the results are amazing! In addition, the agent called me last night saying that people are clamoring to see this listing. That's music to my ears.

Gorgeous!  Everytime I see an After like this, it makes me want to paint my cabinets.  It's going to get done, it's just a matter of when I can psych myself up for the project.  This pushed me one step closer, LOL!

Great advice, Kathy and good for the sellers that they listened! It's amazing how coat of paint can change the look. I also like that the crown molding was added above the cabinets.
