Paonia High School Advances in the 2013 Colorado State Football Playoffs. The Paonia Eagle took an early lead to the win the game 28-14. This was a Division 1A playoff game.
The next game is the big one. This is the one for the state title. It appears this will be at Paonia. This information isn't confirmed as of yet. The Eagles will take on Centauri on Saturday, November 23rd, 2013 at 1PM. Both teams have an 11-1 record. You can call the high school for more information. 970-527-4882.
In other Delta County Football news...The Delta Panthers beat Glenwood Springs yesterday. Delta will play Silver Creek in the state 3A Division. They have one more round of games before the state championship game.
