Marie-marketing and getting a home sold for the seller has changed quite a lot over the years, but the constants have always been pricing, accessibility and exposure.  And since you are here to remind me I'll add condition and presentation.  I can market and sell a dump, but I can market and sell a well staged home easier and quicker!

George-yes, location is so very important.  You can manage price, accessibility, exposure and curb appeal, however with location you're stuck!
