Old Town La Quinta is my Village… Where is your village?OLD TOWN LA QUINTA

 

Even though we live in a resort area, and a valley with a chain of cities from Palm Springs to Coachella... we have a village.  Old Town La Quinta.. town center lies a mile from our home.

  We can walk to it.

We have an office in Old Town La Quinta, but we also shop there, have dinner, go to the Wine Bar, meet clients, and lunch with friends, attend Art Under the Umbrellas and the Farmers Market there.  We sell homes nearby, have a wine locker at Palmers, take our kitties to the vet there and we mail all our packages at the Old Town post office.

 We have a village.

We are locals.

We love Old Town La Quinta.

Your village sounds wonderful. We don't have a village in our area but we do have a wonderful community with a farmer's market, quaint shops, art galleries, theaters, cozy coffee shops, and lots and lots of wineries. Lots to do here.

I also live and work in a Village.  It's the incorporated Village of Rockville Centre on Long Island.  We have a mayor and a downtown business area.  I live eleven blocks from my office and I shop and dine in the Village.  I grew up in NYC but I love this Village.

Hi athy, I am sorry to say that we don't have anything as quaint as you. We have sevearl area of the county that we can go, to get a village style atmosphere, mostly for eating.  Thanks for the info and have a great day.
