Having been a mortgage banker for my entire career the question of bailing out consumers from delinquent morgages and thrusting it on the backs of those who responsibly took their obligations seriously is a dilemna many of us are facing today. A fall out will do nothing but put our country into a deep depression and while some folks will take advantage of the bail out system it should be designed to help many more than will take advantage of it
