One of metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona's premier homebuilders - Fulton Homes - is prepared to come to Glendale, AZ in a big way. Fulton Homes is set to close on a 354-acre property just southeast of the University of Phoenix Stadium and Westgate Entertainment District. This popular location is in close proximity to shopping, entertainment, sporting events, highways, employment and other slated developments. Fulton Homes will presumably develop the property into primarily single-family homes with pricing to be determined. Current plans call for model homes and initial oders in 2015.
STONEHAVEN, the proposed neighborhood's name, is to be developed by Fulton Homes at 91st Avenue and West Bethany Home Road. The Arizona Cardinals and University of Phoenix Stadium brought life to this area of Glendale nearly 10 years ago. The downturn in the economy and local real estate has caused development to occur slowly over the last decade but is poised to pick up speed shortly.
