VA FAQ #8 - Can I use my VA benefit more than once?

During the course of our year we speak to many Home Buyers.   I am always surprised to hear many Veterans state that they are not eligible to use their VA Home loan benefit again, since they already have a VA Loan, or had a VA Loan that was paid off.   With improvements to VA Entitlement amounts over the past several years, combined with restored Entitlement upon the sale or payoff of your home with a VA or VA Jumbo loan, you may have options to use your VA Loan Benefit again.  

Yes,  you can use your VA Loan Benefit more than once, twice, even more.  

So what is the key to getting a 2nd VA loan?    We will need to review your Certificate of Eligibility, Property history, and then determine how much VA Entitlement you have available to utilize towards the purchase of your next home using your VA home loan benefit (this also works for VA Refinances).   We suggest that you contact us direct to review your specific situation,  we can help you determine just how much home you may qualify for using your VA Loan or VA Jumbo Loan, and can even assist in getting your VA Loan entitlement restored.
