Interesting subject as for 5 years I listed and sold communities with new manufactured homes, it took a short year for me to be able to get into designing and ordering for the builder as I knew what buyers wanted and 1 size fits all was not working. the home homes had all sheetrock, no paneling, no plastic doors and trim and they sold as fast as we could put them up. Too bad we ran out of lots. On another note my BPO workd has slowed to a crawl. 1 Monday, 1 Tuesday and inly 1 today.... not like 6 to 10 a day for the last month.  The AM told me that  they wer enot going to open a lot of new files between now and Christmas but they will have a large batch for January auctions. 

Debbie, very informative post about Manufactured Homes For Sale in Homestead Estates Subdivision Montrose Colorado.  We have a large number of manufactured homes in my area and the odd thing is that there is only one bank that I'm aware of that will loan on them.  It's safe to say that bank does a lot of business!

The developer is pretty smart to offer two different alternatives in new housing. There was a project like this not far from my office that was very successful, as I hope this one will continue to be.
