Lake Forest 

A unique community made up of smaller distinct neighborhoods with different home styles.  Lake Forest is located about a minute west of the Redstone Arsenal's Gate 7 in Huntsville Alabama  Lake Forest is a great location for residents working at the Redstone Arsenal, Madison City and many of the local high tech companies supporting NASA and the space program.  A well funded Home Owners Association keeps the community perfectly manicured, with dues being very reasonable at $600 annually including, clubhouse, pool and common grounds maintenance.  Lake Forest community is in the Williams Elementary, Williams Middle and Columbia High school system and the included link will take you directly to the Huntsville city schools website.

There are 62 homes currently for sale in Lake Forest ranging in price from $195,900 to $680,000.  Depending on you needs homes offer from a manageable 3 bedrooms 3 baths and 2,090 square feet to larger estate sized homes offering 5 bedrooms and 5 baths wrapped in over 5,000 square feet of living space.  Since the first of the year, 49 homes have sold with an average .5% over list price.  Homes spent an average 90 days on the market.  A majority of homes that sold were either pre sales or new construction.
