The Jersey Shore Real Estate market has slowed, however prices have not significantly declined in relation to what is going on in many other parts of the country. It is suprising to see how the market differs from one township to another. The demographics are very similar, and many of these municipalities are no further than 10 miles from one another, yet there is a significant difference in the Months of Inventory.
