We recently staged a new construction home for a repeat builder/developer client. It was such a nice house to work in, with top quality materials and careful attention to detail. What a great bonus when as stagers, we have an appreciative client as well! Here are some photos of the finished project ... it sold in less than 90 days, much faster than the other new homes in this development.
Hi Maureen-
Love the flow you created by using the blue & brown throughout. Your photos are topnotch, too. Can you share the camera model information? Thanks.
Kathy
Kathy R. ~ My camera is the Kodak V705, which I bought after hearing so much about it here on A/R last year. I love the chocolate brown and blue colors too. Thanks for stopping by.
Kathy N. ~ Why, thank you so much ... that means a lot coming from you! This house was just a pleasure to stage.
Kathy P. ~ I still have so much to learn about photos and in particular, my own camera....I'm probably the only person who hasn't yet read the online manual. One of these days! Thanks for your kind remarks.
THIS MUST BE THE DAY FOR ALL "KATHYS" to RESPOND!! :-)
Maureen- I don't know where to begin...there is so much I love about this staging! LOVE the colors! I just did a bedroom in shades of blue and brown--SO calming! LOVE the artwork between the two chairs! AND the area rug in that room! AND, the wiggly branches! ;)
And, HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY TO YOU!!!
Elaine ~ Happy St. Patrick's Day to you as well!! I'm off now to celebrate with some friends ... anyway, thanks for your comments. I love this color palette now too. The wall decor between the 2 chairs is a large wood piece from Pier 1 -- it has great texture.
Rob ~ we hope that there's a sale before long ... thanks so much for stopping by ... your comment was my 1000th!! Yay!
How fantastic! The warm chocolate and blue color palette is one of my favorites (I have it in my own living room). The table setting looks great and I love the bathroom shot with the reflection of the bedroom in the mirror. Great job!
